- All of our products are carefully designed and handmade in our home knitting studio.

- Drawings and designs are originals made by CAMELOTIA.

- All items are made in Portugal using local supplies.

- Poms are handmade using matching yarns.

- Hats and Sweaters have smalls floats on the back that will not affect the daily use.

- Cushion cover will have floats on the back that will not interfere with their function.

- Care information is provided with your product.

Sizes:

- Other sizes can be made to order - please contact us

- Our hats and beanies are adult size, please check pictures and description for fitting.

- Sweaters have a relaxed loose fit, please check pictures and sizing.

Payment:

- Payment must be done within 3 days from the purchase, we reserve the right to release the product back to our shop after this 3 days.

- We accept paypal.

- Every item is carefully packaged and shipped.

- Every product might be made to order, please allow 7 days before shipping.

- International custom fees and duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Standard shipping will take 1 up to 3 weeks to worldwide destinations.

Returns:

- Items must be in the original condition for return or exchange.

- We will accept returns within 7 days from the reception of the item.
